What is SpeakUp?
SpeakUp is a confidential way to raise whistleblowing issues, safety concerns or suggestions. Your submission is sent directly to the HR/Management
Team for review.
Anonymity
This form is designed to be anonymous. We don’t ask for your name or contact
details, and you can choose to remain fully anonymous. Please only include your
name in the text if you are happy to be identified.
What we don’t collect in the form
We do not collect or store in the submission:
- Your name, email address or phone number (unless you type them into the text yourself)
- Device ID or device fingerprint
- MAC address
- Browser or device details
- Cookies or tracking identifiers
- Your IP address as a field in the submission record
Network/IP information
We don’t add your IP address, cookies or technical
device details into your submission record, and we do not use server or network
logs to try to identify who raised a concern.
What we do collect
For each submission we store:
- The submission type you choose (Safety Concern, Whistleblow or Suggestion)
- The text you provide in the details box
- The date and time of your submission
- A random six-character reference code shown to you after submitting
What happens after you submit?
After you create a submission you’ll see a six-character reference code.
Please screenshot or write this down. You can use it later to check progress
or add more information about the same issue.
When to use SpeakUp
You can use SpeakUp for:
- Safety concerns or near-misses
- Whistleblowing (e.g. suspected misconduct or wrongdoing)
- Suggestions for improvements
If your concern is an immediate risk to health, safety or security, please also
report it straight away through your normal emergency or escalation channels.
